Stayed for just a couple of nights but had the best time. Having RinkuTown station right next to the hotel was so convenient and the staff was wonderful when I checked in and out. They had answers to all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. First time solo traveler to Japan and they made everything so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect and convenience hotel , just off the train station and walk to the hotel , walk to outlet shopping and sea side park , lots of restaurants , beautiful view of the ocean from the hotel , nice and clean , very helpful and friendly staff , fast services . I will stay here again and would recommended to every one . Free shuttle to the airport .

Staff were very helpful and messaged back quickly when I asked them questions. They spoke perfect English and helped to arrange the free shuttle bus for me. They have a microwave on the 30th floor. It was a super big hotel room and very clean. The hotel rooms start at floor 29, so if you have a fear of heights it might be trickier.

Great location for Kansai airport. Shopping centre, restaurants and outlet retail park close by. The rooms are a little tired, however they are spacious. Check in staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and great stay

Lots to do, there is an onsen 20 minutes walk. Rinku town shopping. One station to the airport. The hotel offers transfer to airport last one 8.55 am. Comfortable bed and pillow. Great customer service.

Book somewhere else

The hotel was old and out dated. Furniture including mattress were old and worn down. The bed was in severe need of a replacement. I stayed in a “deluxe” room and still everything felt cheap. The only thing not cheap was the price and the onsite restaurant had prices as high as the building is tall. I ended up eating food from the kombini for 10% what the restaurant would charge. Overall the only selling point is the view but totally not worth the money

Overall good stay. Very conveniently located near the airport if unsure of when you’ll arrive and not wanting to miss check in somewhere else. The staff and room were okay. The breakfast buffet was great and some window seats offer an amazing view!

Inexpensive and clean hotel near Kansai airport

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early flight from Kansai the next morning. The hotel is dated, but I was there such a short time that it was perfectly adequate for my purposes. It was very close to the train station and very easy to take the train one stop to the airport.

The spacious room had all the necessary items for a typical hotel but everything just felt so out dated as if you’re back in the 80s. And on top of that, the planes landing and taking off were so noisy. There was even a note on our window saying that when the winds blow, the building will sway and there will be creaking in the room but it’s still safe. Their lobby looks nice though, and you can drop off your luggage an hour or two early before check in so that you won’t need to travel around with your luggage(s). Overall just an average hotel and meets the need of a one night travel stay.
