The staff was absolutely the best, they went above and beyond on every detail, WE LOVED staying at this hotel, rooms were spacious, everything was new and squeaky clean, the breakfast food was top notch, and again, the staff... OMG they were all so lovely and attentive. I would recommend this place for ever!

Best bed we have ever slept in and we have travelled the world. Back door leads straight onto the lake, big thank you to the young concierge for showing us. Pool and jacuzzi in basement a great plus. This is a new hotel with exceptional young staff, nothing was to much. Planning on returning next April with sons, can’t wait to return.

Very friendly and committed staff, all well speaking english. The hotel is in shortest walking distance to the lake and lots of shops and restaurants, but quiet for sleeping at night. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely.

Très bon séjour au Aurora Oriental. L’hôtel vient tout juste d’ouvrir alors il y a quelques petits ajustements à faire ici et là mais le personnel est très dévoué et font de leur mieux pour tout régler et répondre aux besoins des clients. Très bons lits et chambre spacieuse. Tous les employés de la réception, surtout Rosie, ont rendus notre séjour très agréable.
