All very adequate for the price and the star rating. Exceeded our expectations, bearing in mind the low price we paid for it. Good value for money. We didn't want to stay in a hostel or to splash out on the hotel that we used only as overnight stays between our further trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay from Hanoi. Located in 10-15min walks from all central attractions. Very helpful receptionist, we also used hotel's amazing and affordable Airport Transfer service. The only recommendation to the hotelier is to wash quite dirty duvets, which we'd like to have used, but were squeamish to do so.

The receptionist didnt speak a word of english which made it a little bit difficult. It was really cold this time of year in Hanoi and there was no hot water at all. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the neighbours, even in normal speaking voices.
