A delightful hotel, tastefully decorated, in a central location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is professional, always willing to help, friendly and respectful. Breakfast is copious and varied. Bar and restaurant are pleasant and the food is delicious. It is our second stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back.

Good location, clean rooms, great staff

Hotel very central for walking. Staff were amazing & a credit to the hotel. Room was very clean & sufficient, advertised as an executive with balcony, however a lot smaller than we thought & the balcony wouldn’t fit a chair & had a terrible outlook (not worth the extra cost). Pool wasn’t great, the sun beds were on a different level & only 4 available. Breakfast was OK. They allowed us to store our luggage FOC for 2 days whilst on a cruise. Overall a good hotel but not 5-star

I just completed a three day stay here and I give it the highest recommendation. It has the best location, the best service, and really nice rooms. Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

Great place in the heart of Hanoi

What an amazing stay we had. We were greeted at the entrance and they immediately made us feel at home. Special thanks to Grace Nguyen, who was extremely helpful with everything. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers and any question we had during our stay, she answered right away. Even before the stay our visas were not approved and Josie was so helpful working with us. We are so thankful to the whole team who were fantastic! Great location and easy to get around to some of Hanoi's hot spots. We also booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel which was awesome.

What makes this property stand out is the fact that their service was out of this world. No notes. From entering to exiting, they held our luggage even offered a shower. As we left, they gave us free tea to enjoy. They crossed the street with us and made us feel like home all the way through. The facility itself was amazing with plenty of amenities and a generous offering for breakfast every day. The location was excellent as we only had to walk maximum 10 minutes to where we needed to go highly recommend!

The staff showed amazing hospitality at this hotel. Always very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite small but refreshing. Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff.

This hotel was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Our host, Grace, was very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us daily. A Hidden Gem with World-Class Service – My Favorite Hotel Anywhere I rarely write reviews, and even less so with this level of enthusiasm—but the GM Premium Hotel in Hanoi has truly earned it. I’ve had the privilege of staying in some of the most luxurious hotels around the world—from the Fairmont to the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton. Yet, none have left the mark that this boutique hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter has. The location is vibrant, bustling, and deeply authentic—right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Yes, the area can be a bit chaotic, with its maze of street vendors, cafés, and shops—but that’s part of its charm. And best of all, it’s incredibly walkable, placing you within minutes of everything Hanoi has to offer. Now, to the heart of my review: the service. This is, hands down, the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt like I was the only guest in the hotel. Every detail was cared for, every request anticipated. A very special thank you to Lily—elegant, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond every single day, making my stay feel not just comfortable, but truly personal. And she wasn’t alone. The entire staff is simply exceptional.
