A home away from home. Our large family of 16 people, ranging from a year old baby to grandparents, had the most incredible week long stay at Hotel du Lac in December 2025. Breakfast each morning was incredible. The spread was extensive and super delicious. I had the best chicken pho of my life here, and the hotel breakfast was consistently the best food we had in Hanoi. The rooftop bar on the 10 floor was a nice getaway from the chaos of the city, yielding a cool evening breeze and stunning panoramic views. It was a great way to cap the night. The spa became a daily staple for our group. I'm sure we set a new hotel record with 13 of us having reservations at the exact same time. There's nothing better than a wonderful massage to ease any travel aches/pains and foot massages to re-energize our daily treks. When you're far away from home in an unfamiliar land, the thing that matters most is a team that strives to go above and beyond each day. Thomas and his staff truly deserve the highest accolades for always being there for us and genuinely caring about every detail to ensure a memorable stay. Hotel du Lac Signature, a sanctuary within the land of endless honking motorbikes, has won our hearts and will forever be the core to why we love Hanoi.

Incredible stay! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious. Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! Couldn’t recommend a place more!

What a wonderful location for this new hotel at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters, only just opened this October 2025. This hotel has extremely friendly and very dedicated staff from reception, house keeping to restaurant and breakfast who showed us professionalism, friendliness as they really went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. The customer service manager Rose greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel advising us on various culinary dishes to sightseeing locations, a big thank you to Rose. We stayed for 9 nights and found that many of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so please take advantage of the local attractions especially “Train Street” just a few minutes walk. We also had a few day trips, in particular we liked the 12 hour long trip to Halong Bay (Ha Long Bay). This was very adventurous and exciting and do recommend walking shoes. Our stay at Hotel Du Las Signature was very memorable and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and we will definitely be coming back.

This brand-new hotel truly deserves a 7-star rating. The level of service far surpassed what we expected from a 5-star property. From the communication before arrival, to the welcome drinks and personally escorting us to our room, it was a different level of service. The room itself was spacious, immaculate with high-quality towels, robes, toiletries, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, along with a delicious à la carte menu. The warm, relaxing swimming pool was another highlight of our stay. We met the manager, Thomas, on our first morning, and were amazed that he already knew our names. He greeted us warmly every time we saw him and frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. One moment that truly stood out was when we asked to lower the music volume at the pool—Thomas arrived immediately to adjust it himself. On our final day, knowing we always had breakfast at 6:30 a.m., Thomas came specifically to say goodbye and thank us. He offered to personally drive us to the airport since he was heading home at the same time. His dedication explains why Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi runs so seamlessly and maintains such an exceptional standard. We will also miss the amazing staff—Emma, Mia, Kendra, Irene, Tracy, and many others whose names we couldn’t recall. Every one of them was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

Their onsen in the Travel Package is a must try with spacious jazccuzi, sauna and the special herbal soaks. Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful decoration from the entrance to the restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, even for 1 night. The room is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location right at center of Old Quarter. Definitely will be back for next time!!
