Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Low quality low-ish price.

There is nothing but lumber and tile shops on this street. Noisy beer garden (it does stop karaoke at 11pm). Low quality hotel resto but seemed popular to the chinese guests. Little/no english at reception. It was ok as last minute booking with no other hotel in this vicinity .

Worst Expensive hotel do not stay

This was the worst hotel we encountered I would rate at Minus 5 - for the price $32US in the worst area We do not know why it was listed on Hotels.com Staff did not speak English and facilities were abysmal We acutally checked out within minutes and took taxi to Old Quarters and booked a 4 Star hotel for $50US with excellent breakfast and room and surrounding amenities Please remove this hotel from your websute's search engine We are going to ask for refund from the Hotels.com The Heritage Hotel is mixed up with the elegant L'Heritage Hotel in Old District
