Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back.

One of the friendliest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at. All staff were great. The hotel facilities were very good with a lovely breakfast and a great spa. They organised my tour to Ha Long bay and I had a great time. Easy to see why they have such good ratings.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay! We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are.

David was the 1st person to greet us upon arrival. He committed his time, to the extent he helped with our eSim. Everyone was incredibly kind friendly welcoming and professional, thank you. Room was clean so was the bathroom and the facilities were plentiful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, plenty and gr8 variety. Airport shuttle was extra but clean n comfort. Bar staff were also cool, especially Joestar. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay.

David and staff were amazing. Always happy to oblige without having to ask. The room was good, clean and so was the bathroom. Gr8 shower. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and fresh. The boys from Skybar - especially Joestarm were friendly. Cannot fault anything. Shuttle could be more available instead of set/specific times.
