Además, la señorita Anna, una de las recepcionistas, es muy bonita y fue de gran ayuda para una viajera sola como yo, con su entusiasmo por compartir información detallada sobre recomendaciones de restaurantes locales y algunos lugares turísticos cercanos. El gerente, el Sr. Alex, también fue considerado, me permitió hacer el check-in temprano y había un desayuno gratis cuando llegué.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the outside area is nice and has nice cafes and pizza place. Many options for the spa. Very close to the lake (5 mins walk) and night market. The room size was bit small, but the cleanliness and amenities were good. The warm welcome from Kim was very pleasant. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Anna also gave us information card - with a small map of the city and helped us with information on the places around and things to do. Will definitely like to stay here - if at all I make another trip to Hanoi.

ホテルの立地はとても良く、外のエリアも素敵で、素敵なカフェやピザのお店があります。スパのオプションも多いです。湖まで徒歩5分、ナイトマーケットもすぐ近くです。部屋の広さは少し小さめでしたが、清潔さやアメニティは良かったです。キムさんからの温かい歓迎がとても心地よかったです。スタッフは皆、とても親切で協力的でした。アンナさんも情報カード（市内の小さな地図付き）をくれて、周辺の観光地やアクティビティについても教えてくれました。またハノイに旅行する機会があれば、ぜひここに泊まりたいです。

The staff: everyone there are so kind, friendly and welcoming. Also, Ms. Anna one of the receptionists is very pretty and was very helpful for solo traveler like me, her eagerness to share detailed information about local restaurant recommendations and some local tourist spots. The personnel is amazing. Anna will help you sort out all activities around Hanoi at affordable price. She is very attentive and he will not let you miss anything if you let him know. L'emplacement était bon. Tout le personnel était très sympathique !!!! D'Anna, la directrice de l'hôtel, à ĐA et Trong. C'est définitivement un endroit idéal pour séjourner lorsque vous êtes à Hanoï !! Du début de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc et c'était génial !!! Nous reviendrons définitivement lorsque nous retournerons à Hanoï.

Il personale è fantastico. Anna ti aiuterà a organizzare tutte le attività intorno ad Hanoi a un prezzo conveniente. È molto attenta e non ti farà perdere nulla se le fai sapere le tue esigenze. La posizione dell'hotel è super centrale ma comunque silenziosa. Posizione molto comoda sia di giorno che di notte, tutti i principali ristoranti della città erano a 10 minuti a piedi.

Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel is located right next to the old quarter, only a 5 minutes walk away from the famous beer street or the lake. Before arrival the staff did check on my arrival time and any specific needs. Umbrellas were offered during the rain and advise was given. Overall a good price/quality hotel, with friendly staff on a good location

This is a budget hotel—but the service was anything but budget. The room was simple, clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed. What truly made our decision to extend our stay was their staff, named Da, who gave us a Five-Star treatment. He went above and beyond to help us with directions, dinner reservations, transportation and even arranging tours, always with genuine kindness and a smile. I left my sweatshirt at a beauty salon and it closed before I could go back to retrieve it. I mentioned it to Da and he went out of his way to get it from the beauty salon the following day—messaged me that he got it back. Moreover, he arranged to have our luggages transferred to a different room since we had an early tour the following day. This level of thoughtful is something I’ve honestly never experienced at much more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at as a world traveler. Da is genuinely kind, thoughtful and cares about their guests—proof that true hospitality isn’t about price or luxury branding. If you’re looking for an affordable place with heart, this is it. I would happily stay here again.

The best thing about our stay here would be the staff. ĐA, and Anna, to name a few, were really helpful. We arrived before standard check-in and was allowed to stay in one of the rooms. While waiting for the rooms to be prepped, they handed out welcome drinks (freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome!!!) and Anna showed us the map around the area and explained where to go and pointed at the must visit places. Buffet breakfast (superb coffee) was great as well, rooms were well-kept and was spacious for 2 people.

Llegamos antes del horario estándar de check-in y nos permitieron quedarnos en una de las habitaciones. Mientras esperábamos a que prepararan las habitaciones, nos ofrecieron bebidas de bienvenida (¡el jugo de naranja recién exprimido fue increíble!) y Anna nos mostró el mapa de la zona, nos explicó a dónde ir y señaló los lugares que debíamos visitar. El desayuno tipo buffet (con un café excelente) también fue muy bueno, las habitaciones estaban bien cuidadas y eran espaciosas para 2 personas.

Le meilleur aspect de notre séjour ici a été le personnel. ĐA et Anna, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, ont été vraiment serviables. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure d'enregistrement standard et ils nous ont permis de rester dans l'une des chambres. En attendant que les chambres soient préparées, ils nous ont offert des boissons de bienvenue (le jus d'orange fraîchement pressé était génial !!!) et Anna nous a montré la carte des environs, nous a expliqué où aller et a indiqué les lieux incontournables. Le petit-déjeuner buffet (café superbe) était également excellent, les chambres étaient bien entretenues et spacieuses pour deux personnes.
