Staff were good, no complaints. You get what you pay for, average hotel. T.v wasnt working as usual in vietnam. The safe in room didnt have batteries, so was unusable, breakfast is in another hotel 1 minutes walk, good selection on offer, very good.

It was not a good experience. First the room smelled dank. That’s partially due to a leak in the sink. Told them when we first arrive there after check in. They say they will dice it. They never did. Told them the second day again. They never fixed it. I asked them for extra towel so we can line the restroom floor due to the leak. They said they ran out. They keep passing the buck from the night and shift. On the 3rd day. They change rooms for us. They say they will move our luggage for us. They never did. In the second room the shower head holder was broken. When you turn it on it sprayed everywhere in the restroom due to high water pressure. Second issue was the bath towels. They are old and tattered. Looks disgusting. More like a rag. Third issue is the breakfast buffet. You have to walk 100 meters to a different hotel. Not convenient. The selection there is terrible. I’ve stayed in Hanoi several time and this by far is the worst hotel ever.

Excellent Location, Great Value.

Great budget hotel in an excellent location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, spas, and countless other shops and services. Tour companies, currency exchange, and laundry services are on every corner. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel has an elevator. They also offer tour services and airport transfers, which is super convenient. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests or questions. Breakfast is included, though it's served in a building just a 2-3 minute walk away.

Dining was at another location. No safe in our room, no chair. Broken PowerPoints, so one was Overloaded. No safety latch on door. No hanging facility. No bedside table. BUT was moved to another room which was much better. Staff were accommodating.

The staff were quite friendly and attentive to my and my friends’ needs. The laundry service is fantastic with a fast turn around time. They also helped me with a taxi to the airport which made things very simple and easy. I was disappointed that my room did not have a water boiler, yet they had tea cups in the room.

Good Value, great staff.

Excellent location on a quieter street in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were relatively spacious in comparison to other hotels in Vietnam. Great price for an Old Quarter hotel.

Great small hotel located in the Old Quarter.

This hotel is in a perfect area of the Old Quarter. It is a small hotel located in a narrow side street. The room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good. The location was also very quiet. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this hotel. A great value

Perfect stay

I stayed for 2 days at the Serendipity Hotel during my stay in Hanoi and everything was perfect. Excellent location in old Hanoi, large, quiet and clean rooms. and above all a great staff. Their advice of restaurants and cafes are great, they only offer places frequented by Vietmamese, out of the tourist circuits . A highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi .

Pleasant hotel in a good location

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is very central and you can reach many points well on foot. The staff is very friendly and the check-in was very fast. Comfortable hotel very well located in the center.

Perfectly located in the heart of old Hanoi, close to the lake and shopping streets. Great hotel we took the Double with private bathroom, The room was perfect! The staff are very friendly always at the little care, they helped us book a 1 night and 2 day cruise to Halong Bay as well as to take the night bus to South Vietnam. Everything was very well organized for the trips.

Quality hotel in the center.

The staff is very friendly, always available and good advice. We were very caring! The room was lovely and very good breakfast too. The location in Old Hanoi is great because the room was quiet and so convenient to get access historical sites, restaurants on foot. The hotel organized tour to Ha Long Bay and the organization was really good.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi center

The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter, everything is nearby. The rooms are clean and especially the bathroom. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot. Ms Lucy helped us to book our Halong Bay trip without any problem.
