Room was very small and had a strong odour, the bathroom was full of mould and initially didn’t drain at all, the drainage was resolved on request but water still pooled in the bathroom. The room had no natural light and every little ventilation. The mattress had collapsed on one side and the sheets had stains.

We love staying at the Lotusama hotel, the breakfast is the best of all hotels we have stayed, the staff are lovely and location is excellent, a home away from home

A great place to stay

We loved the friendly staff at this hotel, Chloe from reception was the stand out who went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. I’d also like to mention the chef who was incredibly friendly and makes the best omelette.😍

Nice little hotel with a great breakfast. Plenty of nice cafes and street food options nearby. The best part however is the staff, lovely, dedicated and attentive people who make you feel at home.

Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions

ベトナムを感じさせる素敵なホテルだったのに　洗面台の下のパイプがなく床の排水口まで、垂れ流し！これが正解なのかスタッフに問うた。室内履物はビーサン、擦り傷できそうなので履かなかった。バゲージラック無いので不便。

강력 추천!!

베란다가 있는 숙소를 예약하고 싶어서 찾은 곳인데 리뷰가 별로 없어서 조금 걱정을 했어요. 그런데 너무 즐거운 시간을 보내서 이렇게 리뷰를 씁니다! 직원들이 모~두 너무나 친정합니다. 지내는 동안 배려와 따뜻한 마음에 감동을 받았어요. 숙소 내 엘레베이터도 있고 조식도 훌륭합니다. 조식에서 주는 쌀국수가 너무 맛있어서 이번 여행때 쌀국수는 따로 안사먹었어요 ㅋㅋ 에어콘 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 숙소도 깨끗해요. 위치도 하노이 관광에 최적화 되어있습니다. 호텔에서 나와서 오른쪽으로 두번 꺾으면(호텔 뒷골목) 있는 분짜집에서 분짜와 넴도 너무 맛있고 편의점, 카페 등도 다 가까워요. 그리고 호텔이 통창이라 뷰 너무 좋고 베란다에서 거리 바라보는 재미도 있습니다. 방음이 우리나라 이중창만큼은 안되는지라 골목 오토바이소리가 시끄럽다는 이야기도 있는데 그냥 저는 알람처럼 들었고 ㅋㅋ(한밤중엔 조용해요) 오히려 베트남의 활기를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 따뜻한 물이 안나오네요ㅠㅠ 날씨가 더워서 그냥 시원하게 씻었어요 ㅋㅋ 아마 다음에 하노이에 또 가게된다면 이 호텔에 가게되지 않을까 싶습니다. 100점 만점에 99점!!!

Erg goed hotel

Erg goed hotel, we hadden er 1 met raam, maar dat zou ik normaal wel pakken maar in Hanoi is het zo druk op de weg en ze toeteren echt voor elke scheet. Dat we alleen de airco hebben gebruikt en raam dicht gelaten. Je kon toch niet verder kijken dan 20 cm want daar begon de muur van de buren. Ontbijt prima chrosantjes, brood, kaas, ham, fruit eitjes worden op bestelling gedaan hoe je hem wilt hebben of noedels soep. Elke afdeling heeft 2 slaap kamers weinig last van de buren. Erg veilig hotel. Airco werkte prima, vriendelijk personeel
