We had wonderful stay at this hotel, from staff hospitality, room accommodation, convenience to shopping district, to breakfast options included with the stay. We told them we were light sleepers. They arranged us rooms in the back which were absolutely quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay there for 5 nights were exceptional. The facility was right in the middle of Ha Noi's Old Quarter, close to everything. The staff was exceptionally responsive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many good choices. While the building is a bit older, it has been kept at excellent condition and clean.

This hotel has the best customer service I have had in all of Southeast Asia. They are prompt and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Breakfast is amazing and it is in a great location for walking in the old town.

Super cute boutique property with amazing service! The team was so gracious and helpful with everything! Breakfast was also wonderful and a highlight of our day each day. Umbrellas available at the front was super helpful on those rainy Hanoi days.

Hotel du Lac Hanoi exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere and beautiful views of West Lake made it a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. The only drawback was the air quality in the surrounding area, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel du Lac Hanoi for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location.

Excellent boutique hotel in the old quarter. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was buzzing but convenient, with several Hanoi attractions easily walkable. Balcony view of street life was a great bonus.

The interiors of this property make it stand out they are beautiful and unique. The hotel has a good breakfast and is very central so was able to walk around and see sights easily. The staff were very accommodating and helped me book a transfer the next day.

L'HÔTEL du LAC is absolutely beautiful - would give 100 stars if I could. The artwork and decor inside the hotel are stunning. The hotel is in a great location inside the Old Quarter which has plenty to do. We stayed in the Sunset Terrace Suite which was beautiful beyond words. Communication from staff was great even before we arrived and they were very helpful organising our trip to Hạ Long Bay, as well as airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast was great as were the cocktails in the sky bar which had amazing views of the city. Special shout outs to Lilly who made us feel very welcome, but especially Chloe whose knowledge and passion for Vietnamese culture left a lasting impression on us - we will remember her for a very long time. All staff had immaculate attention to detail and we felt very cared for during our stay. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.

Great place.

Had a great stay here. Perfect location. Staff is top level. I had an issue the first night and the next day they caught me as I was leaving for the day and asked if they can go in the room. I came back and everything was fixed. The staff themselves are all super friendly and very welcoming. I’ll miss my morning chats with the front desk manager. She was amazing. Full of tips and recommendations. They even got me a cake for when I was leaving. Also the bed was the best bed my entire trip throughout Vietnam. Will deff come back here if I were to return to Hanoi.
