The location is perfect and the staff was always kind and helpful. I feel I probably got the best deal. It's an incredibly affordable place to stay, the 1 bedroom apartment was large, and if I had an issue with any amenity the staff was there to help me through it. I took one star off only because the pictures in the listing lead me to believe that I'd have a view, but didn't. But who needs a view? Step outside and soak up all the great things that Hanoi has to offer. P.S. Not having a view also meant that I wasn't woken up by any road noise.

It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.

Place is amazing and at a good location. But there was construction going on in the building that didn't let me sleep properly. And check out time was 11am i think that should be 12pm . That would provide one additional hour for rest as everyone here is coming for vacation and if they go to party on weekend they would be returning back later night.

Construction going on downstairs at the time I was staying so there're no front desk, only the security guy. The apartment was new, comfy bed but be aware that the smell from the bathroom sewage was so terrible so be aware of this smell before check in or it could make you sick.
