I stayed here on new year's eve. The room was large, clean and had everything i needed, even a washing machine, which was very useful. Great view o the lake from the balcony. Everyone at reception were super helpful, especially Alice, who was very attentive and she even gave me recommendations for my trip to Sapa.

Nous avons été accueillis et servi par Alice. De la prise en main dès la sortie de l’aéroport au check out le service a été irréprochable. Alice a toujours été disponible par whatsapp pour répondre à nos questions. L’hôtel est de bonne qualité avec des chambres spacieuses et propre. Proche du centre ville avec une vue magnifique sur un lac. Endroit calme. Nous recommandons cette hôtel pour votre séjour à Hanoï

Quite disappointed when booking the images make it appear very luxurious but the first room was infested with insects the second I had issues with the water the overall state of the hotel is mediocre the location is isn’t too bad

Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on board. Highly recomend staying at MoonLight Tay Ho and I plan on staying here again next year when I visit again with my family.

Great hotel and staff, couldn’t ask for anything better! Would definitely go back, Alice, Tony at front desk go out of their way to make you happy, definitely ‘ above and beyond’, owner and manager are great too, room cleaning was done regularly, coffee shop downstairs was so convenient and staff excellent too! Love this place!

The room was super nice and quiet, a washer and dryer was a much-needed addition, and the staff was very helpful. Alice took great care of us and went out of her way to tell us about her favorite places to eat and let us keep our luggage in the lobby since our bus didn't arrive until later that night.
