Overall great experience. I stayed in the family suite and it was super spacious. Staff were super helpful especially Mai Anh. Only issue was that I wish the facility was more air conditioned throughout the building including the breakfast buffet. However, I would stay here again!

The five Residence location, room, staff , food quality, breakfast buffet and amenities are suppers. Would definitely stay here again next time im Vietnam. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I feel very welcoming at the check-in, Mr. Giang Hoàng is very professional. He handle all my issues from somewhere else at the airport. I trusted him and his team the whole time staying. Ms. Anh Vũ is a sweet girl. She’s doing a good job helping me at the check-in and check out no problem. Location? If you look on the map, you know it’s in a good spot. The property is quite new. It is an apartment complex that is also rented out as a hotel, so very good for folks traveling with family. The best part is the swimming pool and sauna room (with steam room and jacuzzi as well). The area is not the most central (20 min taxi ride to Old Quarter), but I enjoy the little bustling area around the hotel. It feels like I am living in a lively residential area.
