Our contact for the hotel worked remotely. We were baited and switched. Once we arrived at the location we received instructions via WhatsApp to use a combination to open a box. That’s were the key to the unit was. The instructions also said “do not ask the downstairs person about your unit” or something to that effect. The unit was grimy. Mold in the shower and overall it looked like it doesn’t receive regular cleaning. The sheets were yellow. The blanket brown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The glamorous exterior photo is deceiving. I shared my dissatisfaction with the “contact” and she sent crying emojis back without attempting to resolve the issue.
