A Pleasant Stay with Potential for More

I had a lovely stay at this hotel as the staff were genuinely sweet and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable. Drinks were amazing! Well done The Scandinavian minimalism is elegant but adding a few warmer touches like fresh flowers, more color or things such as robes in the rooms, could elevate the experience and subtly encourage guests to enjoy the spa more. One point to consider is the value: for the price, I expected a bit more. For example, access to the pool next door or one spa visit included. The hotel has a lot of potential. A touch of live music in the restaurant on weekend evenings or just creating a more vibrant and cozy atmosphere and could go a long way. It’s a charming place with a bit more warmth and energy, it could be truly exceptional!

Frukosten var under förväntan. Saknade veganska alternativ och dåligt brödutbud. Handdukarna på rummet var små och tunna, de kändes billiga, hårfönen kändes även budget och det gick inte att justera temperaturen eller öppna fönstret. Då vi var där mitt i sommaren var det väldigt varmt på rummet

Ett utmärkt hotell med ett fantastiskt läge vid Södra Sundet i vackra Härnösand. Dessutom en underbar frukost. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Nära utmärkt

Fantastisk fin läge. Kunde inte sova av ett hög ljud från ventilationen men fick byta rum. Peraonalen vid frukost plockade disken väldig med väldig hög ljud, kastade bara besticken i lådorna bredvid mig så det blev inte så mysigt stund där på terrassen. Dem är unga mem någon borde kanske titta till detta och berätta på vilket sätt kan man göra det utan att det stör gästerna. Annars fint, ska återvända

Bekvämt och fräscht. Vi firade vår 60-åring med god middag m många goda drinkar. Kompetenta bartenders kunde svara på vetgiriga frågor om ingredienser och annat drinkrelaterat!

Nybyggt och fint hotell som ligger perfekt vid vattnet. Rummen var också fina och rena, det enda negativa var att termostaten inte riktigt fungerade så det blev väldigt varmt. Finns en restaurang på entréplan med god mat. Dock var servicen katastrof den kvällen vi åt där. Det tog lång tid att beställa, lång tid att få drinkar och mat och när det väl kom som var det saker som saknades. Restaurangen var ungefär halvfull så vet inte varför allt tog sin tid, om det berodde på underbemanning eller erfarenhetsbrist. Baren tog också väldigt lång tid, ställde oss i kö som nr 3 och efter 10min hade det inte hänt nåt så vi gick därifrån.
