The room was very clean but I didn’t like that my room was on the 3rd floor wayyyy in the back of the hotel. I booked a wheelchair accessible room which mean to me it needs to close to the main lobby or an elevator and that was not the case.

Fire alarm went off 4 times at 2am, we had to be up at 6am. Showerhead dripped all night, had to put a towel to stop the noise. Our curtain header was detaching from the ceiling. Otherwise we were happy with location.

Property is in rough shape. All sorts of construction going on. Elevator near unit dis not work. AC didn’t work well inside the unit. Door to bedroom didn’t latch. Security lock on door was about to fall off doorframe.

The room was very spacious. I had a two bedroom suite. 2 bathrooms. However, it was not very clean. There were lots of crumbs in the dining room chairs, several dirty dishes in the cabinet, stains on the curtains. In the bathroom, it was so dirty i just skipped a shower.

Very friendly when we arrived. Our room was not ready because we arrived earlier than we expected but it was ready exactly at 3:00pm. They were having some elevator and water problems at the time but we were not inconvenienced by them. Rooms were very clea, beds were great. Homewood Suires always has the best breakfast variety of items that any diet restrictions can find something to eat. Delicious Breakfast. Fast check out. Needed a couple of things front desk had what I needed. Highly recommend this Homewood Suite.

Trash was never changed at the elevator from Friday until Sunday 11:30a. It already smelled horrible from some type of sewer issue that had flooded the first floor. All day they had a fan on the puddle. When we returned later Saturday they had hired a third party company. It was after 3a when that company finally turned off a generator operating machine. And the elevator looked like someone had a blow out on the base all around. Same cigarette butt was on the elevator floor from Saturday morning until checkout on Sunday. I have an older mother who complained about the toilet being so low it was like doing squats for her to use the restroom. We requested to be put in accessibility room. We switched and it was nothing accessible about the room. Toilet the same, same dirty carpet smell, but when we open the fridge it was like the smell of cat pee. We immediately asked to switch back rooms. Oh yeah and we were next to an elevator and stairs but both were not available the whole weekend. We felt like on Friday when we checked in the room hadn’t been clean (dirty walls, dirty shower with hair on wall, bathroom counter dirty). It’s black mold that you could smell and see coming from the drain but yet when we came back Saturday evening you open the shower and smelled cleaning product. Location was the only good thing about our stay. Would not recommend

It was a great wooded hillside location just outside the shopping area. The room had a kitchen and was very large with tv in the bedroom & living room. A great dollar value with personable staff and well above average breakfast. Very impressive!

Service was great, and everyone working here was very nice. I’ve stayed here once before a couple of years ago, but since then I think there are some issues. The AC didn’t work very well in all three of our rooms. It would turn on, but it was barely cooling, and because of that, all the rooms were humid and kind of hot until late into the night. We all had trouble sleeping, and since we were on a tight schedule, I really needed my crew to get rest. Another big issue is the elevator — it was straight up scary. It kept breaking, including once while we were inside of it. I honestly thought it was going to fall; it was making a very loud noise and clearly needs major repair. Ignoring this could get someone hurt. The door was also opening and closing strangely, and one time it almost closed on one of our arms. At this point I can’t say we’ll be back. It was close to $3,000.00 for these rooms and they were NOT worth that.
