Tell customers upfront there is a hard credit card requirement, digital asset not acceptable even with my room already paid for. Instead of asking me for $100 fee or another hard card for them to ‘have the numbers’ off of it. Card swiped then I was asked to sign acknowledgment of checking in. I was very close to leaving and canceling my reservation which this place could not find upon my arrival. I was questioned beyond a regular here is my name and need to check in like I am used to. This made me feel very uncomfortable, upset and unwelcome.

Check in went great and I like the front staff. I wasn't until I get to the room that I discovered how dirty the place actually is. First, the hallway was littered with trash and smells kinda weird. The room wasn't cleaned, you can clearly see trash under the bed. The bathroom was super dirty with dark spots all over the wall. When I tried turning the water on in the shower, a yellow colored water came out. I was so grossed out, that I didn't shower. I had the impression that the room I was giving haven't been used in a long time. Honestly, this place just needs some deep cleaning and updating.

First when arriving it was trashy. Walking into the office was welcome by a very rude lady. Well the gave me my key tk room 234 I was walking in I was offered my from a transexual. When enter room I found hole in wall and fly all over.

This was the WORST stay. The property was disgusting. Trash in all main walkway floors. It smelt like smoke and EVERYONE in my family woke up with headaches from the smells that came into the room! DO NOT stay here!

The room was dirty, bathrooms had hair all over! The ice machine had what seemed to be moldy. Not to mention someone else was able to control the television turning it on and off all night!

There was an issue with the reservation process that did not show correctly in their system, but the receptionist was keen to assist and address. The facility is just fine. ​Clean. Bright. Adequate facilities. Good budget inn.

Paid for a king room, was given a room with 2 small beds and told to bad, nothing they could do… people with big dogs in and out all the time, people sitting out front and crowding entrance like a trap house! Save your money and go elsewhere!

This was highly disappointing the wetness of the room- was gross. The beds felt wet. Our bags and clothes felt wet by morning. Bed extremely uncomfortable- hard to stay asleep and woke up aching. Overall very disappointed.

Paid for reservation before I ever left home just to show up & be told...it shouldn't of been on Expedia tonight. I said I already paid for it. They said we have no rooms. I said what am I supposed to do now with two kids in the car...she responded go to another hotel. It is now almost 9 oclock at night a couple hours away from home & all the other motels were almost twice the price which I didn't have. I budgeted what I could afford before I left home. How this is allowed is ridiculous & WRONG. But there were people all outside smoking, vaping, etc. Looked more like a residential motel.

It was a nice room and people very nice kept it clean coffee was good. I would give 5 stars but omg the room was over bearing hot and I didnt ask or try to see if the windows opend maybe i should have thats my only complaint.

Arrived to check-in and was told there third floor was closed. That is the floor fir pets and smoking, both of which I needed and reserved. No offer to make it right. Ended up having to find another hotel. The lady checking me in was nice. The young man, I think a manager, was rude and dusmissive.
