Pros: The front desk people were very nice and informative. The room size was very big and full kitchen. The property was quiet and I felt safe. Cons: the exterior was infested with lantern bugs. They were all over the walls and flying around the property. Gross! The bathroom had hair on the toilet and we found a couple lateen bugs in our drain. The beds were mediocre at best. As good as the ratings were, it definitely didn’t match what I saw.

The courtyard was home to literally thousands of invasive Spotted Lanternflies. Never saw anyone else at the hotel, as check in was done through the app.

This StayApt is less than a year old, so it was still in good shape. My biggest concern was the gap around the door leading into the room. In the winter I imagine it would let a lot of cold air in, but other than that the place was nice and clean with plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable and not cramped like in a normal hotel room. I would definitely recommend this place.

The one bedroom plus sofabed in the livingroom area were perfect for us and our daughter. (For sanitary reasons I just would recommend that guests be provided with both a sheet to sleep on AND a sheet to put under the blanket for the sofabed. We were given only one flat sheet and had to request the extra sheet for my daughter to use on the sofa bed.) The separate bedroom, kitchen and large fridge were perfect for our use and made our stay very comfortable!

The room itself was quite nice. Recently constructed you could tell. Has nice amenities for the price. Parking was ample. Room was clean despite other reviews. Negatives: you could hear a child above us running nonstop 7am to nearly midnite. As if doing laps. The light from the courtyard hard to block, had to hang a sheet over the front window to darken room. Toilet flush had low power first two nights of 3, then got better. Overall I would stay here again, but the noise transference is the worse part of the stay here.
