Our stay at Wyndham was amazing, there are a few things that could be different but understanding they are a fairly new property and haven’t been able to implement all feedback. Food was amazing, especially at castle view. We were given complementary drinks upon arrival. Hotel room was very clean! Also, transportation to and from the airport IS provided; we weren’t aware of this. We wish there was more of a selection on Liquor and cocktail options. Marjory of the cocktails are very sweet and make you feel sick especially if you’re planning to binge drink on vacation! We noticed there are no fans in the bathroom for ventilation so the shower and toilet room had a wet swamp smell - with paying over $600 a night there shouldn’t be any odd smells coming from the room. The resort itself is very dark at night around buildings 3-5 so walking from pool to pool felt sketchy - it’d be great to have more lights in the walkway.

I stayed here from 12/28-1/2 and this resort was not worth price point. The dining is EXTREMELY limited. There were lines and annoyed guests at Sam's Grill everyday bc they were not replenishing the food in a timely manner. Med Markets food is a limited buffet style whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. The breakfast muffins and fruit were the only decent items. The New Years eve feast was decent as well. The upkeep of the property was terrible as well. You had to beg housekeeping for beach towels and washcloths. No one was there to pick up plates, cups or used beach towels. Mariah by the ADULT pool was amazing. For it to be a newer resort and the price point, I expected more. I've stayed at cheaper places and received better service.

Staff was friendly. Seems like the resort is still growing. Need hotter water in the showers, bigger varity of food. Shows should be in bigger areas. Beach should be cleaned up by workers and boats. They should promote more excursions. Sometimes they were understaffed. Bathrooms should not have see through glass seeing as i went with my daughter. Shuttle transportation to airport should not cost so much or should be free. Place has potential

Great Resort, Memorable Experience

Had a really good time here with my wife with a group of friends about 30 in total celebrating the 50th birthday of my very good childhood friend. The staff were very friendly and polite, the ambience of the Hotel is fantastic as is the food (very good variety and options for everyone). Our room was a balcony with the Ocean view and very breath-taking waking up to the view everyday. Although quite pricey, we did enjoy our stay.

The only thing we Did like was the Castle Restaurant. It was the complete antithesis of the rest of his resort. Design not clean properly, the bathrooms, smell like cat pee, cause it smell like mold, moldy outdoor furniture, grumpy and unfriendly personnel, disgusting food, stained carpets, filthy floors, no safe, no hair dryer, poorly light walkways, no handrails, uninformed desk folks, contrary information. How about a room fridge too big for the cabinet it was in. Doors didn’t close. This property was nowhere near as advertised. CAUTION. ENTER AT YOUR OW RISK.

Extremely expensive for a hotel that house keeping has to be called up to 5 times per day. The staff simply doesn’t know the word “service” , no taxis and or transportation available. Be aware of leaving sooner than planned the hotel won’t refund anything . Not worth 900 usd per night not even close
