The inviting living room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere after a day on the water or exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a convection microwave that allows you to bake, broil, and cook, along with a four-burner cooktop and a mini fridge.

Private waterfront access and a dock are located just down the road, where you can enjoy beautiful sunset views and bring a boat up to 25 feet. The cottage can also be rented together with the neighboring home (see listing LLGIL2).
