An outdoor shower located on the sprawling back deck is perfect for summertime use. Outdoor living is enhanced with a gas grill, table and plentiful seating on both the deck and stone patio. An electric awning transforms the outdoor space into a comfortable sanctuary. Family and friends can relax by the fire pit with cocktails and fireside stories. The basement is clean and well-lit. There is a recreational area with a ping-pong table, laundry room, and an extra refrigerator for the convenient storage of excess groceries and beverages. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and abuts conservation land for a private, peaceful retreat.
