We had change rooms a few times cause all of them they tried to put us in had trash and food in them. One room they tried to put us in had people already in the room. The room they finally put us in the hallway was completely filled by the smell of pot, the smell was also in our room. We had to stop there cause we were already on the road 10 hours and trying to avoid the ice storm. We were just tired. We got up and left right away.

The rooms were nasty filled with old food and trash and urine. Got sent to a room that someone else was currently in. Entire hotel smelled like weed. All around nasty hotel. Breakfast food looked nasty and not edible also.

The towels were dirty. The toilet paper had “stuff” that on it. No juice at breakfast. Had to get three sets of keys before one opened the door — then still took a lot of tapping to open door

Immediately walking in to check in I felt uncomfortable. The front desk staff was not welcoming at all. The lobby felt cluttered and the furniture was stained. Getting off the elevator the hallway instantly smelled like weed. The carpet in hallways had stains, ceiling tiles were missing and turning brown. Our room felt like they tried to renovate it but the chair cushions were also covered in stains. The bed felt clean and the mattress was comfortable.
