Room, bathroom were clean. Microwave was rusted and non usable, blind was broken so couldn’t be raised and lowered. Comfy bed, clean sheets, good air conditioning so all in all was fine. Just those two things need fixed. Good central location and easy on and off the interstate.

The unit had several things in there that were broken in particular in room 121. The phone did not work. The shower was out when I arrived. There was no remote control or a hairdryer. In the second unit, I was in 126 only complaint was it looks like the smoke detector was about to fall off the wall Also in room 126 the air-conditioning worked, but the louvers were cracked and broken. room 121 is described as wheelchair accessible, which is not true at all. The bathroom is the only place that’s got room for a wheelchair. You would not be able to navigate the room at all.

The staff and service were fine, lobby and breakfast area were clean and food was average. The stairwells were disgusting with stained carpets up and down on all floors and drywall holes behind every door. Rooms were poorly cleaned at best with dirt in corners, handles not wiped down, sticky floors, shower worked but would barely drained.

Nice stop on our way to the beach. Staff were friendly and girl at front desk was very nice, even with the craziness happening in the lobby of so many people (a ball team). Rooms were very roomy and lots of storage. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, and cereal. There was a pool, but we did swim. I did not mark excellent on all, because there were some places in room that needed wiped down. It was not where our items went though. Great place to stay for a quick stop. Thank you

Noticed an odor upon entering the room. Air conditioning had leaked onto carpet. Asked for another room. 2nd room was worse. Wet carpet across the room. Mildew/wet carpet odor. Had broken/exposed broken furniture. Dirty upholstery. We asked for money back and packed back up the car. Never have done had to do this before, and we have stayed in many different areas and types of rooms. Other guests were complaining of issues as well. Couldn’t bring myself to stay even though we were running late for an event, and it was extremely inconvenient to pack up and move rooms and then ultimately have to leave the hotel.

Great Hotel! They did everything to accommodate my needs. Very clean and comfortable! But note: Online it says the checkout is noon, it is 11am. The only thing that bothered me was the window was not blackout, it was a thin shade that i could see thru. I was reassured that noone could see in. But upon inspection realized thats impossible. Very apparent if i could see them, they could see me! Otherwise great stay!

Disgusting. Used dirty rag hanging over the shower rod. Stains all over the bedding and shower curtain and floor. Hole in the wall by the toilet paper holder. Felt disgusting. Elevator was wet and nasty. Will not stay again

It needs to be CLEANED. I didn’t take my shoes off because the floors in our room haven’t been swept or mopped in a while. The elevator was nasty. The carpets in the stairwell need to be removed and burned because there’s no way those will ever come clean. Gross.
