We were there for our niece's wedding. We got there at 5:10 to check in, change and head to venue nearby. Our room was not ready. It took 20 minutes for the staff to "find one." We had to scramble to make it on time. For our inconvenience we were give vouchers for breakfast.

Terrible. Check in at 3? Room wasn’t ready until 5:30. That is not the way a high priced hotel treats guests. All the elevators broke down and had to use the service car along with dozens of others. Waiting for the service car caused us to take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. All together, amazed at how bad this experience was

Don’t like the fact that they hold your deposit and then release it which takes 7-10 days to credit back Can’t understand why the can’t just charge the card that’s on file to pay for room if there is a problem after you leave

I had a terrible experience. I wanted to stay 2 nights and ended up leaving the day after. This is a hotel for weddings and many people like to creat problems because of the over drinking. There is no security stoping people from going in to the pool with drinks and under the influence. Terrible example for children. I will not recommend this place unless maybe during weekdays.

Absolutely disgusting. Old and dirty. You can hear everything next door. The bottom of the doors have large gaps where people can shove anything under the door. I felt so unsafe and had to shove towels under the door. The food was disgusting and expensive.

Everything was good. I was unhappy about the breakfast buffet being 30 a person, then had a mandatory gratuity of 20% for a buffet with very little service and not the best quality food for what we paid.
