Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© avec enthousiasme un appartement pour nos vacances en famille, cependant, dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement déçus et prĂ©occupĂ©s par la situation que nous avons rencontrĂ©e. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© confrontĂ©s Ă  une multitude de problĂšmes, notamment : Odeur de brĂ»lĂ© persistante et inquiĂ©tude pour la sĂ©curitĂ© : DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par une odeur de brĂ»lĂ© prĂ©occupante provenant de la hotte, qui a imprĂ©gnĂ© tous les tissus de l'appartement et nos vĂȘtements. Cette odeur Ă©tait Ă©galement fortement prĂ©sente dans les parties communes. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s de vivre les fenĂȘtres ouvertes pendant 2 jours. Cette situation nous a profondĂ©ment inquiĂ©tĂ©s, d'autant plus que le dĂ©tecteur incendie Ă©tait absent, ce qui est une violation flagrante de la rĂ©glementation en vigueur et reprĂ©sente un risque sĂ©rieux pour notre sĂ©curitĂ© et celle de nos enfants. Mauvais entretien et non-conformitĂ© aux photos : Nous avons constatĂ© que l'appartement prĂ©sentait un mauvais entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral, en contradiction flagrante avec les images et la description fournies sur votre site. Impression de propre en arrivant (sanitaires cuisine propres) mais il y avait énormément de poussiÚre, les plinthes étaient trÚs sales, sous les meubles beaucoup de saleté, vitres pas faites , aspirateur pas vidé plein de poils, cheveux ... les rideaux déchirés. A part cela nous avons aimé cet appartement bien situé avec une vue magnifique et le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour
