We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just like a home and we had everything we needed. There were wonderful views from upstairs. We were nice and handy to town. However I should have checked the bedding configuration before booking (totally my fault). There was nine of us ranging from mid 60s to mid 80s and there were 2 sets of bunks in one room that were only suitable for small children. Two of us had to sleep in there and with the very limited headroom it was quite uncomfortable. Some of the things we did were visited Te Mata peak on a beautiful clear day. We had lunch at Clifton beach, visited the Birdwoods Gallery, Maraetotara Falls and Keirunga Gardens, shopped and had lunch and coffees in town. All in all a great place to stay especially if you have young children.

Great well located Property

We celebrated a family birthday and invited Children and Grandchildren to stay. The property was great with good bedroom and bathroom configuration. The kitchen and open plan dining and lounge are excellent spaces. Property is well located within easy walking distance to Village shops and restaurants etc. Only downside for us was the listing said BBQ and this does not exist which was extremely disappointing. We would have made other food choices if we had known.

Absolutely fantastic - convenient location, fabulous house and amenities and easy entry access. Had a brief power cut but found matches so were able to light candles so wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Clean and Spacious

Fantastic property for a large group or family. Havelock North town two mins walk. Comfortable facilities with everything you need. Good indoor and outdoor options. Gas bottle ran out first night and due to heating and water being gas it made for a frustrating hour or two, however bookabach and the property manager sorted the problem and provided a replacement gas bottle within about 90 mins - no harm done (and thanks for the prompt fix)
