Let me preface by saying that this hotel is amazing. I love the layout, the smell, and how clean it is. Our room was excellent. Everything was clean and to our surprise, we had a pullout sofa bed in addtion to the king sized Since I only stayed one night, we didn't get to experience amenities like the pool or hot tub, but I would have liked to. The breakfast was quite good. Here's why I'm only giving 2 stars. I checked my bank account the day following my stay and noticed that Embassy Suites charged me an extra $300 for some unknown reason. When I called them to ask what the charge was about, the woman I spoke to said it was a "smoking charge." SMOKING CHARGE?!?! Neither I nor my brother were smoking in the room at ALL. I was highly upset by this but she knew it was a mistake and immediately credited the money back to my account. Unfortunately, that took a week! I think to myself, "What if I hadn't called back to get this corrected? And have they done this to other guests thinking they wouldn't notice?" Either way, never staying here again just for that reason alone.

No hot water and toilet was very loud? Couldn’t flush would wake everyone up, we had to change rooms? Which ment repacking again and no shower love Embassy Suites but very disappointed this trip, checking in had only one staff clerk, we waited in line for 25 minutes and there were at least 15 people waiting behind us. I would like to request a refund.

Exceptional Hotel

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites! The room was spacious and comfortable, with one of the best beds and pillows we’ve had at a hotel. Super cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was exceptional. They were happy, engaging, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained overall. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the evening drinks. Both were a nice bonus, especially since there aren’t many restaurants or bars nearby. While the hotel could use a few updates (like the carpet in some areas and the worn ottoman in our room), those were purely cosmetic and didn’t affect our stay at all. We’ll definitely stay at Embassy Suites again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Hotel. The exterior is strikingly beautiful, and this aesthetic is carried through to the interior, which is equally impressive. Upon entering, I was captivated by the stunning decor and the impeccable setup of the hotel and its rooms. The food presentation was exceptional, and the dishes were remarkably delicious. Phone in the bedroom the volumn didn't work and it was from a different room. Then the phone in the living room had no electricity. For some reason the clock had no way to change the time. They got another one . And last the toilet ran all nite. They did a great job of fixing this. Now these items by themselves is nothing to get upset about, BUT all 4 in the same room at the same time is inexcusable.

The bathroom was dirty and noisy! The shower door was annoyingly loud every time you closed it and the handle was broken. There was mold all over the walls and the shower floor was stained. It probably needs to be gutted and remodeled. Breakfast is good and the bartender and bar food. Some of the staff was unreliable and lied about extending our reservation when I asked multiple times. The bed was comfortable.
