Duplex Cottage - Kirtland Warbler

The Duplexes-two buildings, each housing two cozy cottages. Duplex 1, The Finch, and The Wren and Duplex 2, The Kirtland Warbler and The Towhee. All four are airconditioned. Each cottage has a single bedroom with queen bed, comfortable living room which includes a daybed, and a small kitchen which has all your basic needs. A picnic table with umbrella, a 14' private boat with a private dock. Also, each cottage has its own BBQ grill and a couple of Adirondack chairs to relax in as you roast marshmallows over your own fire pit. Base price, 2 guest, is $995.00 (weekly, 7 days, 7 nights) $195.00 (daily with bed linens). Additional guest $15.00 per day each, up to 2 guest max. Firewood and supplies can be purchased locally, a comfortable 5-minute ride. Rentable boat motors when available. The Duplexes are available May thru October!
