The staff and/or owner was friendly and service was quickly available. The site and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Due to the age of the facility the bathroom was small and inconvienent. I didn't take this into account when booking the room.

The previous reviews gave us hope that this property had what we were looking for, and the price made it even more enticing, so we booked a two night stay. Upon arrival, the hotel room smelled like smoke, and wasn't super warm and inviting. After showering, the floor mat was very dirty from the shower/bathroom floor. It made us uncomfortable enough to run to Target and purchase new sheets and a blanket, just to make sure we were reasurred the bed was clean for a peaceful nights sleep. The next day we asked housekeeping to re-clean the shower/bathroom floor which they gladly did. The staff was great at noticing we had 4 people in a double room on our reservation, so they left two extra towels without us needing to ask. Also a bonus was the large refrigerator and little kitchen table. The parkinglot was full of pot holes, and the landscaping full of weeds. However, the interior of the room was simple and charming. It was adequate for our needs, but it is a mystery why this hotel has received such high remarks.

Good Retreat

It was a good retreat. Only issue was my room being located at the intersection of two roads and so you could hear vehicle traffic. Room was nice and clean. Got the key from the lockbox and very little to no human contact at all, which is what I wanted. Received texts and they were very nice checking in on me to see if I needed anything. Location was very close to lots of shopping areas. Super nice town.👍

Would stay here again. The owners were very nice and check in was a Breeze. Our room was very clean and the updates were noticeable. Our bathroom design was very modern. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was equipped with a small kitchenette, but was the perfect size for the meal prepping I needed to do. The full fridge and freezer was great for all our Costco groceries. This Motel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The rates are very reasonable. Thank you for a great stay!!

Older motel, but updated and nice

As other reviewers have said, this is an older motel, but very nice. The floors creak, but it has brand new carpet, the bed was very comfortable, the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were new and good quality. It was quite spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
