It begins with a 2989 sf 3 bedroom/3 bath main residence, with fabulous open floorplan spills out to the heated in-ground pool area through a 22' disappearing sliding glass door. Share memories, enjoy laughs, brainstorm ideas while surrounded by the open valley, mesmerizing mountain views and bird habitat pond. The outdoor grill, hot tub, bocce court and fire pit area all round out the backyard space while still allowing for easy access to the chef's kitchen and large indoor dining area. The 2 fully furnished guest dwellings include a 1200 sf 2 bed/1 bath home in addition to a 600 sf Studio Bunkhouse- both have full kitchens.

The property also includes a barn with 3 covered horse stalls with separate tack & feed rooms provide a picturesque backdrop for your country themed event and/or practice space for workshops, classes or yoga sessions. The small pond is a bird refuge allowing for hours of bird watching; Blue Herons, Canadian Geese and Egrets are just a few of our regular visitors. When not collaborating, swimming or wine tasting, guests are invited to enjoy the Basketball court, bocce, pool table & ping pong.

We love hosting corporate retreats! Our property is equipped to support your team's needs with large-screen TVs in each bedroom and living room, perfect for presentations or brainstorming sessions. These TVs can easily connect to your devices via Apple AirPlay or HDMI cable—just bring your own HDMI cable if AirPlay isn’t your preferred option. Make your retreat productive and seamless with our convenient setup!

Sanctuary is equipped with solar panels for green living but this is just the beginning. We promote and encourage active community engagement and the adoption of environmentally friendly, ethical practices to help protect, restore and enhance local habitats, wildlife and culture, whilst providing ecological and economical benefits to the local community.

Pool Heating: Please note that during the summer months (~July-Sep) the pool cover normally keeps the water temperature above 80° (between 12pm-6pm). Unless the weather is unexpectedly cold or you like to swim early/late in the day, additional pool heating is likely unnecessary. Outside of these summer months supplemental pool heating (80°- 83°) can be purchased, rates vary by season.. Feel free to reach out prior to arrival for the current pool temperature and cost.
