Staff was amazing both front desk and breakfast area. Everyone was kind, attentive, and accommodating. They even went above to tend to my children with coloring pages at breakfast. We used the laundry facilities during our stay and they were clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with sugar ants in part of our room one night and the staff was very apologetic and sought some sort of remedy immediately.

Amazing, helpful staff at check in. Property is somewhat dated but has many updates to rooms, lobby areas. Comfortable beds, ample parking, and close to many restaurants, convenience stores/gas, department stores and shopping. Not utilizing this trip but familiar with area and a mall is mere minutes away, easy drive. Utilizing airport shuttle for super early morning transit for flight and paying very reasonable amount to leave vehicle for return. Gentleman at desk for check in was phenomenal and deserves kudos from the company. Professional, helpful, and efficient. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is very clean, my room was very comfortable, I made myself right at home. The shower was nice and hot and the bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here and I plan to stay again in the very near future. I highly recommend this establishment.

I appreciate the staff upon arrival. Very attentive, shuttle bus came to airport to pick up guests. What I didn't appreciate was the miscommunication between staff considering the guest request. I had requested for a late check-out the first night I arrived at the hotel. When it was time to check-out, I felt harassed. Not only did the housekeeper knock on the door several times asking did we request a late check-out, someone called from the front desk. It was annoying and quite nerve-racking. If you can not accommodate guests with a late check-out, just say so.

It’s an old hotel that needs to be up upgraded. Tripped over the threshold metal. The barn door bathroom door fell off the hinges and seriously missed my husband‘s head by inches.
