This permaculture lifestyle property is Situated on 4 acres just minutes from Corner Inlet and an easy 20min drive to either Foster or Yarram. Only a 7 mins drive to a quiet beach, boating, fishing and the long jetty. The property is conveniently located within close proximity to Welshpool, Agnes falls, National parks, numerous rivers and a State forest.

Forage around and explore the food producing landscaped gardens and the greenhouse, picking herbs and flowers to enhance your stay and add to your meals.



Hedley Gardens has enough space for all guests not feel crowded. Extra guests can stay in motorhomes, caravans or tents in camping area on request.



When it comes to peace, tranquility, and scenic country ambiance, it doesn't get much better than this appealing spread out property. A bright North facing open plan kitchen and lounge look out upon the kitchen gardens and the heavily timbered Hedley Range in the distance. The home is surrounded by verandas on 3 sides and allows easy access to a large external Laundry and third Toilet.

The main house has an open plan moderate size kitchen, lounge and dining area with extendable dining table to sit 10. The bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes that adjoins the bathroom with separate shower and bath. This bedroom has large windows and provides a sense of relaxation. This area can be locked off the other areas within the property.

The second bedroom is joined via an Office and Library. This is a self contained area with a queen size bed, a TV, a mini kitchen and an ensuite. A king single bed with Trundle is part of the kitchenette area. The bathroom can also be accessed by the verandah and is also used by those staying in other areas within the property.

The shed is setup with a full size fridge, dining table, large TV and lounge. The other half of the shed is the second kitchen, large enough for everyone to dine in together with many tables to use indoors or out, It has 2 BBQ’s, portable gas burners, a full size fridge and many kitchen appliances including a juicer and bread maker. The property has a dvd player to use in any room, 3 chrome casts and a projector that can be set up in doors or outdoors for movie nights.

2 Showers and toilets are located in the main house and extra toilet is in the laundry.

The 4 acres has over 30 fruit trees of many verities and an olive grove producing many table olives yearly. There is a huge variety of vegetables, flowers and natives pollinated by a bee hive producing wonderful honey. With hundreds of native trees and shrubs of various sizes this property attracts an abundance of native birds including very friendly king parrots, black cockatoos, galahas, gang gangs, resident kookaburras and many more. Let the kids run around whilst the adults enjoy a glass of wine on the verandah overlooking the property.



The dam has an abundance of frogs and breeding ducks visiting yearly and is safe from little ones fenced within a sheep paddock.

The forested back area is where motorhomes and caravans can be parked and can also be used for camping, ball games, kite flying, cricket or footy. The third toilet is within 60 meters of the camping area.

Please note: tap water is directly from rainwater tanks and not filtered. We drink it all the time but some guests may prefer to bring their own.
Due to high demand, a minimum of 2 nights applies all bookings, and bookings for long weekends must be a minimum of 3 nights.

Property sleeps 5 in beds and all 5 beds can be made up with lovely linen and bedding on request and the two bathrooms are supplied with pump soap. The kitchens should have all you will need and are supplied with tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and condiments.

Late checkout (2 pm) is complimentary if no guests are booked following day.

There is ample parking for 5 cars in the front of the house and more spaces in the camping area.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden.
