My room was cozy with an awesome view, and the staff were fantastic. Everybody was so nice and helpful! I had a car carrier that would not fit in the parking garage and they let me take it off and bring it up to their storage room until we left. If they didn’t let me do that I would’ve had a park 1.8 km away. We had a great time at the Christmas market, which is just below perfect location.

The hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was delicious, very good lattes. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English. The front desk was amazing, even carried my bag up the stairs💕. Any questions were answered. Gave great recommendations for dinner. From our window you could see the castle. Christmas markets and the funicular were right there. Great location. Beautiful

What a lovely little hotel nestled in the foothills of the Heidelberg Palace and steps away from historic sites & the best shops and restaurants! The hotel staff (Jasmine) was among the most welcoming to encounter and truly attentive to insuring guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was abundant and of appealing variety. The room was comfortable with a wonderful rooftop balcony having a panoramic view of the charming old town area. Reasonably priced, convenient location in desirable, safe area and well maintained.

The hotel was very nice. A big surprise was the hotel is located by one of the Christmas Markets. The receptionist who checked us in recommended a great restaurant. Parking is in the public garage below the hotel which is super convenient and they give you a card to get a discount! The hotel has either a city view or castle view, we had the city view and could not have been more pleased! Super clean rooms. Breakfast staff always hopping and fixing drinks clearing tables. We bought a ticket and took the tram all the way up and then visited the castle on the way down. Amazing start to our Germany trip! Highly recommend! Tip: parking is on the North side of the building so one street back from the actual street address.

The lady at the desk was so helpful and kind. She spoke English perfectly. Hotel is the top floor of the parking garage. You can park your car for 15 Euros. The view is great. Short walk to old town and Christmas Markets. Breakfast was just okay. No eggs or sausage.

The room was small, but sufficient for what I wanted. I had a great view of the Schloss from my room window (room 19). The lady at check-in was very nice. I arrived earlier than check-in, so she gave me some sights to see in Heidelberg while I waited for my room. The hotel is on top of a parking garage, so parking was easy, and it is very well located for going to the Schloss or other sites.

The room was very clean and had a balcony with amazing views of the city. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage is connected to the hotel, so it is very easy to access the hotel after parking.

Easy parking downstairs, in the old town , funicular is in the same building. The staff is great, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . Excellent breakfast, we had it on the terrace with a beautiful view of the castle

The location of this hotel is perfect. The parking garage fills up completely during the day with people visiting the castle so be prepared to wait for a spot if you arrive in the middle of the day. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helped with recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and the terrace has a great view of the city and the castle. The breakfast was OK. Great to have a complimentary meal during our trip but I'm not sure why a lot of these reviews are raving about it.
