Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet ovat vain englanniksi, eikä ollut mitään rallienglantia ja ohjeita on paljon. Akateeminen loppututkinto riitti juuri ja juuri pimeässä joulukuun illassa tilanteen selvittämiseen, peruskoulupohjaiselle voi tulla hankaluuksia. Firmaan ei saa yhteyttä, numeropalvelu yhdisti ihmiselle, joka ei ole ollut firman kanssa tekemisissä yli vuoteen. Firman edustaja kyllä soitti n tunnin kuluttua, ilmeisesti tämä auttaja oli tiennyt kelle kuuluu soittaa. Asunto oli peruskuntoinen, kolme vuotta vanha, eli siisti. Vähän ihmetytty, onko laillista, että Saton vuokra-asuntoa jälleen vuokrataan ammattimaisesti?
