My wire and I really enjoyed the stay at the Falmouth Hotel. We can definitely recommend it. The staff is so professional and friendly and polare. Beautiful and excellent located in Falmouth. Hope we can come back domesticera in our lives.

a second recent visit. We were given an upgrade to a room with a sea view which was nice. Very hot weather but room had two fans. Service in the bar was a little slow but great staff and lovely hotel.

Perfect location- reception staff excellent- good size room/bathroom but grubby window sashes /sills and windows in need of a clean. Comfy beds - tv too small - room cleaning good- breakfast limited but functional - excellent views to the front- car parking good

Breakfast was disappointing along with the dining room. Excellent size bedroom. However, we were surprised to see large brown water stains on the ceiling and plaster off the wall around the radiator.

We would recommend this hotel. Lovely position by the sea and just 10 minute to the town. The staff were friendly and smiley. Only have one fault, we had starters for lunch that were great so we decided to eat their in the evening. Our ribeye steak was extremely disappointing

First impression of the property from the outside very grand and quite ionic building however upon entering I felt as though I was stepping into see my mother in geriatric home Property has been neglected from tender living care. It is outdated in certain parts of the building inside.

Maybe a little rough round the edges but at 160 years old this is forgivable. A grand seaside hotel that reminds you what hotels used to be like. Good service, good manners, and a little bit of old fashioned class.

Very poor stay for a wedding reception

View was the only good thing. Room was very hot and no fan or air con... just a window that you cant open wide. Toilet was blocked and nothing could be done. Bar ran out of ice and limited drinks on offer and soon ran out for a wedding reception.!!! Breakfast and plate was cold so that was left to the side. Reception offed 25% discount and did not charge for the breakfast.

front of house and public rooms were excellent. We were on 4th floor where refurbishment has not yet been done.Room was small. rotten windows not shutting properly and needs redecoration. There was no housekeeping at all for the 3 days of our stay. The bin was not emptied no clean towels. The comfort tray not refilled. It was not reported at time as we daily expected it to be done. disappointed as a hotel of this quality and reputation did not live up to its status.
