優點：環境安靜，附近有7-11，房間空間大，價格CP值高，晚上無光害有星星。 缺點：大廳及室外環境沒有整理、1髏提供卡拉OK對不使用的人來說很吵，4樓也聽到，整棟隔音不好。

還有進步的空間

遇到的小幫手，一位服務態度超棒另一位就比較冷淡一點，退房時間訂單上是寫12:00,但小幫手卻跟我們說是11:00。冷氣機的濾網沒有清洗，滿滿的灰塵是扣最多分的部分（一開機就飛出一堆棉絮團，才發現的），棉被可能是因為材質的關係有很多棉絮，床型是屬於硬Q，還能接受。最近的小7約300公尺（要過馬路），周邊環境比較郊區所以很寧靜，也有很多昆蟲小動物，有無人管理的露天停車場（40公尺）， 一樓交誼廳有卡拉OK唱到爽和小游泳池，廁所算乾淨，但是房間的隔音並不好，整體的硬體設施都算新，但是有很多小細節的部分（電視機線路外露）還有進步的空間，CP值還可以
