The property was first built around 1820 for a tobacco factory and was later used as a department store and private residence. With great attention to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special features and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us. This 65 m² apartment on the 2nd floor has an open-plan living/dining room and three bedrooms, providing enough space and privacy for up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped as in all apartments in the "Schiefen Haus". A high level of sleeping comfort is guaranteed in the double room, the two single rooms and on the high-quality sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress for up to 2 people in the living room. Exposed half-timbered elements and restored original roof beams also lend these rooms a special charm. The large lattice windows allow plenty of light into the entire apartment. A balcony with sun protection invites you to linger.
