Appartement avec quelques points positifs. Le lit est très grand et particulièrement confortable, le canapé est en excellent état, et l’espace est assez généreux. Le design est réussi, avec une salle de bain bien équipée comprenant à la fois une douche et une baignoire. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs sont à noter. À notre arrivée, le sol n’avait pas été aspiré avec encore des miettes présentes. La salle de bain, en revanche, était propre. Le principal problème reste le bruit. Malgré le double vitrage, l’appartement donne sur un grand axe routier très fréquenté : voitures et motos passent en continu, ce qui rend difficile les nuits et de profiter pleinement de la petite terrasse. De plus, l’appartement est situé au-dessus du café de l’immeuble, et on entend clairement la machine à café fonctionner depuis le rez-de-chaussée. L’emplacement reste tout de même pratique, proche du centre-ville avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Enfin, le stationnement est compliqué : il est quasiment impossible de trouver une place dans la rue, et il faut se tourner vers des parkings privés.
