Nicht ganz billig, aber dennoch empfehlenswert

Gute Lage des Objekts: ca. 2 Minuten zu Strand und Promenade; schöne alte Villen in unmittelbarer Umgebung; in etwa mittig gelegen zwischen den Seebrücken Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck; Relativ hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung in fast allen Belangen
