Cozy Fishermans Cottage - Close to the sea

Original Fishermans cottage - sleeps 6 - only 150m from the sea. Located in the a quiet suburb of Hermanus (Vermont). Ideal family getaway - only 1h15 from Cape Town by car.

The furniture is a mix of old and new, with an emphasis on wooden elements. The decor has an earthy, beachy feel - it is supposed to be a relaxed space after all! The cottage is right next to a green belt, making it very private. It is ideal for weekend breakaways and family holidays by the sea. Big Entertainment and Braai area at the back of the house All cooking facilities including an oven and stove as well as fridge freezer is provided.

You have access to the whole bottom level house. At the back of the house there is a very spacious entertainment / braai area which can also be used as a safe, closed in playing area for small kids.

Even though I will not be there in person, there are several people that can help with emergencies. Just let us know the soonest and we will get the specialist dispatched to sort out the problem.

The Fishermans cottage is located in Vermont, a quiet, picturesque suburb of Hermanus. It was one of the first houses to be built in the area. Vermont is a unique suburb, with green belts snaking though the area. Our house is built right next to a green belt of milk wood trees and natural vegetation and, which give even more privacy and gives the impression that the cottage is situated in the middle the natural landscape. The coastal path and sea is just 150m away and less than 100m as the crow flies. Even when you're in the house, you can hear the sound of crashing waves and smell the freshness of the sea.
