We didn't spend much time there, but the time that we did spend was enjoyable, was easy to check in, and the staff for a check out was great as well

I have been staying in Hermosillo for 7 years and this hotel used to be on the top 3 in the city easily. However i can not recomend this hotel due to their lack of care for paying customer. Checking in is a nightmare each peraon being processed is a 10-15 minute wait. They care more about corporate stays than they do about regular guess. The buffet used to be varied now is just the same 3 lineups for breakfast lunch and dinner . Their grilling station feels like they are in an airplane since they only serve beef,fish or quesadillas. The only good amenitie is their pool but for their price it is not justified. Do yourselves a favor and just find other properties. Unless you are a factory in search for your transient worker stays.

The staff really rubbed me the wrong way. First, I had a young man when I asked him in Spanish "do you speak English"? His response was "No, English is stupid"! I immediately was offended and asked for a manager. The manager did get the higher boss and told me he would check the cameras to later get a sob story on what he heard. He did deny that what he is heard was correct but offered me his apologies. Then another time I handed a young woman 80 in cash in exchange for pesos. She counted 80 and then the man who was giving me the money counted 80. Upon returning from my room the young man told me that it was on 75$. This hotel needs to get it together. Aside from that the breakfast was enjoyable and parking was great.

No tuvimos agua caliente en la mañana de nuestra salida. Al reportar esto a recepcion parecio que al muchacho no le importo y ni se disculpo. Fuera de eso el hotel esta bien ubicado al aeropuerto y los cuartos estan bien.
