Blue Aura family apartment

The apartment is just 200 meters away from Limanakia Beach, a string of small bays and coves, and Sarantari Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Crete. It is a 90 square-meter cool walkout basement with bright light coming in, having a big garden in front of it. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by trees, right next to a big hotel resort and a convention center, and within walking distance from the center of the Port of Hersonissos.

This is an apartment that was built only recently, where you can enjoy your stay and relax. There is an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed (bed size 140 cm × 195 cm) and 2 other sofas, a spacious modern kitchen, one big bathroom, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a queen size bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and a door to the garden, and the second one having a double bed (150 cm × 200 cm). Apart from the 2 double beds and the sofa bed, two extra single fold-up beds with a mattress can be arranged on request. There's also an outdoors shared hot water shower, and free private parking space in the property garden.

Seaside restaurants and bars are available very close. It is ideal for guests who would love to spend a holiday on a beautiful beach, swimming in a crystal clear sea, with options for boat trips, water sports or scuba diving nearby. It is also a very good starting point for guests who prefer to take a tour of the island, being close to many favorite destinations and to the airport.

Public bus stop is 1,4 km away, about 15 minutes walk, where there's also a taxi service available (pick up or on call).

Hersonissos is mainly a summer destination, attracting many visitors who wish to enjoy the sea and the sun. It is in spring and fall though that one can scent nature, enjoy the landscape, and go out for a walk or a ride along the coast or through the mountains, without having to worry about the sun burning. During winter most shops and various businesses will remain closed, and very few can be found open, such as only a couple of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a medical center that operate on a year-round basis.

Surveillance devices monitor outside parts of the property, that is, surrounding outdoor space, the garden area, and the property entrance gate (not any indoor space of the listing itself).
