très propre, tout ce qu'il faut , cuisine salle de douche. le seul bemol pour moi c'est qu'on ne voit pas dehors, seulement 2 velux dans le toit. Pas grave quand il fait moche dehors. Il y a 30 marches à monter un peu plus dur à 70 ans, sinon c'est parfait.
