Our room was damp feeling the whole time we was there the carpet felt wet to my bare feet and made them sting I had to wash and keep my shoes on..the bed was awful I felt like I was falling off the edge and when I tried to move toward the middle it felt like I was laying on a big hump the pillows were hard and uncomfortable the staff wasn't very friendly at all I was actually glad to leave

Room service did not come to the room and replace anything that was used like the coffee, since I am paying for it I expect it to be replaced daily. The toilet paper was so low upon arrival had to stretch it since there was no replacement rolls. The mattress was broke down along the edges like it had been sit on too often causing you to have to move more to the center of the bed so as to not feel like you were sliding off the bed. As for the casino drinks were almost non existent as the only waitress had plenty of time to shoot the breeze with the floor managers and other employees, but not checking on the guests. We spent all of our time and money at other hotels/casinos where the service was much better. There was also only one restaurant open so again I went to another casino. I will not stay there again.

The property was nice. Our room was good. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. It had a musty smell and was warm in the hallways. Staff was nice. Casino was just a basic casino. Nothing famcy.. Not very busy for a weekend. Was 45 minutes to Bass Pro in Memphis. 😀

They stink and in our room the AC read 76. The phone didn't work and it just felt dirty. They show a pool when you search, however, there is no pool. We told those at the desk about what was wrong. The only the mini fridge was so frozen the door wouldn't close and it was leaking on the carpet, we told them the AC was messed up and we told them the phone didn't work. The wallpaper was peeling off. They offered 2 paper cups and and some coffee. They had 2 tiny soaps, no shampoo or anything. The hallway was hot and we had to walk a long way to get to the elevators. The entire place reeks of smoke even on the non smoking floors. This place was a mess. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We paid for 2 nights but because it was so bad, we forfeited that money and left. We got a room at Hollywood and it was 1000% better.

Did not have television service the whole time we were in our room but if you went to bar or casino it was working. Water spilled on floors not cleaned up Ice machine did not work. Restaurants not open and does not say it in website. Staff is unavailable after 8 pm and they did not fix tv service as all workers stopped and went home.

Inside check in area is beautiful. Basic older property, basic room, deep cleaning of rooms , replacing torn furniture and new lamp shades would dramatically help cleanliness score. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was definitely rushed thru on previous cleaning. (I bring cleaners to clean before we use) Not inspected prior to check in. Smoking room which we requested smelled nice. Very difficult to find floor help at casino. Employees you do find quickly tell you they cant help you.
