Built in 1929, Southern Charm is a cozy craftsman style cottage nestled in the middle of the desirable Oakwood-Hillcrest neighborhood in Hickory North Carolina. Southern Charm is located conveniently near downtown restaurants and attractions, Lenoir-Rhyne University, and Frye Hospital with easy access to US-321 and I-40. Our home is a 2 bd/1ba and a sofa bed.
