The accessibility to eat is horrible, long lines. I for mistake make a reservation for 2 people on a wrong restaurant and they did not look the way to help me. They send me to a buffet where I had to wait to be seated 30 minutes.

Pior experiência com atendimento

Não geral, nota 3. Não apresenta a variação de cardápio que vende, apesar de inúmeros restaurantes, muito comum encontrar mesmos pratos e sobremesas em dias repetidos e em restaurantes diferentes. O quarto é bom e grande, mas fique atento, pois nos entregaram com 2 camas “full” o que nos pegou desprevenidos. Por ser um hotel enorme, você depende de uma “linha de ônibus” interna feita por um tipo de trem elétrico e isso é muito desconfortável, especialmente se estiver com crianças e idosos, serviço demorado e lotado. Mas o destaque negativo fica para o atendimento, sem qualquer sombra de dúvidas o pior que já recebi com minha família, o despreparo e o mal humor de 98% do funcionários é marcante, demorei uns 2 dias para entender, existe uma xenofobia com brasileiro por causa da gorjeta ou “propina”. A falta de treinamento é gritante, pois os infelizes não entendem que isso não é parte de nossa cultura diferentemente dos americanos. Acredite, isso gerará muito desconforto para você, mesmo dando a gorjeta eles já iniciam o atendimento de forma bruta e desrespeitosa se perceberem que é brasileiro, prepare-se para implorar por bebidas, sentar nas piores mesas do restaurante ainda que vazio, por não receber o que você pagou como os outros para ter, chegando ao cúmulo implorar por água pois todas as mesas receberam e a minha não. E para coroar a constante tentativa de venderem pacotes, seja na entrada ou na saída, fiquem ligados. Não recomendo e não volto neste lugar.
