Good place to spend the night if passing through. The one negative was the very loose toilet seat in both rooms. Requested maintenance on them and staff stated no maintenance staff available. Had to request tools to fix myself.

This was exactly what the family and I needed for only two nights while we drove to and then back from Pittsburgh for the final move from our home. That being said, there were a few big things that stuck out to me and prevented me from scoring them higher. Out check in day was an extremely hot day, and the AC unit was not left on in the room before our arrival. As we arrived later in the day, the room was scorching and honestly the little wall unit did not keep up with the heat, which made for a brutal night. Second night was fine but please turn the AC units on for rooms you know you have guest checking into. Additionally the AC in the upstairs hallways was kept off so that prevented in residual AC from coming into the room. While the room was exactly what I expected for the price, it really was in need of a refresh. Broken lights, missing light covers, paint overspray, it was somewhat all over the place. Again, exactly what we needed for the brief stay, but more could easily be done to have made it a 5 star stay. Excellent indoor pool! Again, AC was off in the indoor section so it was a sauna unless you were in the pool, but it was super clean and enjoyable for my little man and I.

Room had been a smoking room

The room smelled of stale smoke. There was a musty smell when I opened the door. The clothes I wore smelled the next day. The phone and a light next to the bed didn’t work. An alarm next to my room went off at 6am for about 10 minutes before it finally stopped.

The toilet didn't work. We had to use the trash can to fill the toilet tank with water to flush. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The phone didn't work. Tried to call the front desk at 3am to complain about noise and the phone was disconnected. While friendly, the front desk clerk was useless. his only response was "I'll tell the manager"
