The lady that was working the desk when I checked in was amazing. Didn't see her again but everyone at the desk was pleasant. Hotel is old and it shows, looks like Phyllis Diler. Dining room looks good but its like putting lipstick on a pig. Staff are trying their best but the owners have definitely forgotten about this place.

Desk clerk could not find the reservations for all 3 rooms that we confirmed through Expedia. They had supposedly sold out of that style room and failed to notify/cancel with Expedia. Even with proof of confirmation emails, clerk was not helpful in getting the 3rd person set up in a substitute room. Between dealing with the clerk and Expedia it took over an hour to get this rectified. This same incident has happened on prior Expedia/hotel reservations.
