Our room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I think there should be a towel rack in the bathroom because there was no place to hang up a towel. That's my only complaint. The omelet they served was light and fluffy.

I had a weekend stay at this property, it was very clean, staff was extremely nice,polite, and very helpful. Gorgeous area withctons of near by stores and attractions. Parking was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was noisy and directly over the main entrace automatic door. Each time it opened and closed it made a noise from late night and early am. Very annoying. The room was musty spelling as well. Building exterior seemed to need paint and repairs. I frequent Hilton Head but won’t be returning at this hotel.

My wife and I drove down to South Carolina to see our son graduate from the Marines. Our hotel was located in Hilton Head which was very nice and had plenty of shopping also the drive wasn't too far from restaurants. If going to watch your child graduate from the Marines beware that this location is about a 45 minutes to an hour drive from Parris Island depending on traffic. We had read the reviews and people were saying that it was 15 minutes from Parris Island and that's because they have another hotel which is very close to Parris Island but either way the stay ended up being very nice. The hotel was really clean and the breakfast was amazing and the customer service was top-notch. Each and every day no matter who was at the front desk they were always pleasant and gave us advice and directions to places nearby. Another thing even though the hotel was pet friendly everything was so quiet and peaceful at all times. Check out was really easy and everything went great. Also I want to thank also want to thank hotels.com for such a great place to stay at a budget price. If you're on a budget this is definitely the place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Property is dated and felt like a old motel just with hampton inn decor. The furniture and carpets were worn down and needs replacement. The pool area looked old and dirty. multiple areas were flooded on top a drain.

This was a fair to midland hotel. The rooms were clean and pretty good. My biggest observation was that the hotel was a bit dated. The hallway carpet was not as clean as it could have been and you could tell that the hotel needed a refresh. That being said, if you're not hard to please, this is an okay hotel to stay at. The front desk staff that I interacted with were not overly friendly, but they weren't mean either. Their breakfast was typical of Hampton Inn and not too bad. Their breakfast space was a bit smaller than I'm accustomed to, but good enough. Again, if you're not too picky, this hotel will fit your needs just fine.
