Construction impacts experience

Hotel under construction so many amenities weren’t available - fitness room; restaurant was limited; and constant construction noise. Best part was the maid service. Otherwise other staff seemed disconnected from their roles. Maybe the construction is getting to them too.

The resort was under construction which was listed nowhere in the listing. The amenities were not all available and had we known as would have booked elsewhere. We passed up another comparable property based on false advertisement.

I would not recommend staying here until the construction is finished. Scheduled for 4/1/2025. Maybe call ahead to see if it’s completed before booking. Once finished it will be a very nice resort.

This place was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. Only thing was that the hot tub was being renovated while we were there so we could not use it. Wish we would have known that before but we still loved the property

Overall I would give this a 3 due to access to the beach and walk ability to town. There were no chairs for the beach, no towels to take to the beach, the walk to the beach was closed for maintence. Over room was half renovated with scratches on the floor, tape hanging around lights and a very small bathroom. Also the bed was super hard, the comfortable was very thin and worn and the walls are THIN we could hear entire other guest conversations all night

Staff was friendly. The hotel is clean. There was construction going on. The hotel common areas were very cold. Yet, for a February rate, with construction going on and very cold hallways, I was charged $270 a night (even after the $143 waived resort fee and no ocean view). The room had 2 bottles of Evian water each for $6. The coffee was high quality, but I wish the hotel could have provided the guests with liquid creamer. Hotel's restaurant food was very good.
