Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained.

Hilton head island condo search

This was a private villa not a hotel suite, probably a timeshare unit. It was a roomy 2 br unit in the gated shipyard community on hilton head island. Suited our purpose perfectly. Roomy, quiet, and secluded. Had a beatific view of the surrounding trees and Spanish moss. Situated at one of the greens on the adjacent golf course. Only drawback there was the unit overlooks a refreshment station with a coke machine in view. Walking distance to the beach and shipyards beach club. Unit had its own laundry but we had an issue with the dryer. Left a maintenance request as we left. Shipyard is a residential area so there were limited on site restaurants or clubs. But they are less than 3 miles away. As unit is a private villa services are not applicable except for security and maintenance. Check in and check out were quick and easy. As said before unit is a villa and not a full service hotel. But it is just the kind of facility I use for most of my vacations. Highly recommend this unit if you want a nice quiet villa instead of a large resort hotel

Nice townhouse on the golf course in Shipyard.

We used the 2 bikes that came with the unit. The unit was clean with plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and cleaning supplies. I can't wait to stay there again.
